Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are handmade and many are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Butterfly Scented Cottage through our Contact page within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if there is ever a problem with your order.
